Apart from Binomo, there are 104 other domains that were blocked during the last month. In total during 2021 there are 273 blocked website domains.
To block it, Bappebti collaborates with the Ministry of Communication and information.
In his official statement, the Head of Bappebti Sidharta Utama said that supervision and observation needed to be tightened. This is in order to prevent people who have the potential to experience losses.
“Public enthusiasm for transactions in the PBB field during the pandemic has increased. For this reason, supervision and observation need to be tightened to prevent potential losses to the community due to unauthorized advertising and promotion offers in the PBB area. One of the ways is by limiting web sites. the unlicensed entity cannot be accessed, “said Sidharta, quoted on Saturday (17/4/2021).
Sidharta added that if a website cannot be accessed, it means that there is content that violates laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Regarding this, it has been stated in the Regulation of the Head of Bappebti Number 83 / BAPPEBTI / Per / 06/2010 concerning the Implementation of Promotion or Advertising Activities, Training and Meetings in the Field of Commodity Futures Trading. There are listed parties who have not obtained a business license as a Futures Exchange, Futures Clearing House, Futures Broker, Futures Advisor, Futures Advisor or Center for Futures Fund Manager may not carry out business activities such as promotions or advertisements, training and meetings regarding futures trading in Indonesia.
This rule applies to parties who have a legal position both in Indonesia and abroad.
There are other rules, namely in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 10 of 2011 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2997 concerning Commodity Futures Trading. The regulation contains the prohibition of offering Futures Contracts, Sharia Derivative Contracts and / or other Derivative Contracts with or without promotional activities, recruitment, training, seminars and or collecting margin funds, guarantee funds and / or those prepared with it as the purpose of transactions related to trade. futures. This is excluded for parties who already have permission from Bappepti.
The public is reminded not to get the worst deals with big profits from transactions in the CPC sector. On the other hand, there is a risk of big loss behind it all.

In addition, he reminded the public to check the legality of the futures brokerage and the reasonableness of the benefits offered before investing in PBK.
