The body of the 63-year-old fisherman who had been missing since Thursday afternoon in Strymonas, where he had gone fishing with two friends and his wife, was found today by officers of the 2nd Special Disaster Response Unit (EMAK).
The body of the 63-year-old appeared on the surface of the river after being in the water for two days.
It is recalled that the unfortunate fisherman, in the attempt he made by swimming to cross the river, in front of the eyes of his two friends and his wife, the waters pulled him down without his friends being able to help him.
It is noted that the investigations by the diving team of the 2nd EMAK started yesterday.
