Air temperature expected to drop

On April 16, at night in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions, precipitation is heavy in places, in Chui, Talas and Issyk-Kul regions, precipitation is intense in places. In some areas, the western wind is expected to increase to 17-22 m/s.
On April 17-18, air temperature is expected to drop:
• in the Chui valley at night up to 1…6, in the daytime up to 6…11 degrees;
• in the Talas valley at night up to 1…6, in the daytime up to 5…10 degrees;
• in the valley zone of Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions at night up to 3…8, in the daytime up to 8…13 degrees;
• in the Issyk-Kul basin at night up to 1…6, in some places freezing up to 0…-2, in the daytime up to 6…11 degrees;
• in the agricultural zone of the Naryn region at night up to 1…6, in some places frost up to -1…-3, in the daytime up to 6…11 degrees.
Such unstable weather will complicate the work of vehicles, communications, energy and utilities, grazing and keeping livestock on pastures. Frosts are dangerous for blossoming buds, flowers and ovaries of fruit crops, flowering fruit bushes, seedlings of vegetable crops planted in the ground.
On motorways, when passing through avalanche-prone areas, it is necessary to strictly observe the distance between vehicles of 500 meters.
