The family driver of former Head of Propam Polri Division, Ferdy Sambo, Fort Ma’ruf, admitted he was confused by being charged by the prosecutor in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat. Strong admits that he doesn’t kill and intends to kill.
Strong said this when he testified at the subsequent trial in the murder case of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat with defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi in the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (12/13/2022).
At first, Putri Candrawathi’s lawyer Febri Diansyah asked if Strong had received orders from Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi to plan the killing of Yosua in the Saguling house. Strong claims that he was never ruled.
“I want to ask you about the Saguling house, have you ever heard or received any hints from Ferdy Sambo or Putri about plans to kill Yosua?” asked Febri.
“Never,” Strong replied.
“Sure huh?” asked Febri.
“Definitely,” Strong said.
“Did you take the oath?” asked Febri.
“Exactly,” Strong replied.
Febri again asked if Strong had orders from Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi to plan to kill Yosua while he was at home in Magelang. Strong has never admitted.
“The question is the same position in Magelang, did you ever hear or have any indications from Putri or Sambo when you were in Magelang regarding the plan to kill Joshua?” asked Febri.
“Never,” Strong replied.
“Were you ever given any indication during this legal process, did you become a suspect in the plan to kill Joshua?” asked Febri.
“How are you Lord?” Kuat asked again.
“Did Putri or Sambo ever order you to give instructions to kill Joshua?” asked Febri.
“Never,” Strong replied.
Febri then asked why Strong could be a suspect in this case even though he knew nothing about it. Very confused. Strong admits that he doesn’t kill and intends to kill.
“Then how come you could be a suspect even if you know nothing?” asked Febri.
“Yeah, I don’t know, when I was charged with premeditated murder, who did I kill, plan with whom?” Answer Fort Ma’ruf.
