For several days now, the world’s population has been suffering from a strong magnetic storm, which reached its maximum on September 15, exceeding 7 points out of a possible 10. Starting from September 16, the meteorological storm began to decline. On September 19, the Earth’s magnetic background is predicted to increase to 7 points, and on September 20 it will drop to 6 points.
During this period, weather-sensitive people may feel unwell, but they will breathe a sigh of relief on September 21, because the G-index will be 4, after which no more magnetic storms are expected until the end of the month.
If the body reacts to natural disasters, then this is usually called weather dependence, although doctors do not make such a diagnosis, because it does not officially exist.
Among the most common symptoms that people experience during magnetic storms are:
headache and dizziness; drowsiness and insomnia; exacerbation of chronic ailments; surges in blood pressure; shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat; nausea, and sometimes vomiting.
It is important to stock up in advance on all the necessary medications that may be useful during magnetic storms, and also follow the schedule to know when solar flares may occur.
