Stromae Cancels Dutch Concerts Due to Health Reasons

Stromae has canceled his Dutch concerts, which were scheduled from April 13 to 15 in the Amsterdam Ziggo Dome. The artist reports this on Tuesday Instagram. Various other performances in the coming months have also been removed from his agenda.

The Belgian singer previously canceled his concerts in France for health reasons. It is not known exactly what those health reasons are. Stromae already took a long career break, then because of a burnout.

Stromae says he is “terribly sorry” that he has to cancel the concerts. He also says that he should “listen to his own limits”.

The 38-year-old artist writes that he is “surrounded by family” taking time for his recovery in the hope that he can perform again as soon as possible. Stromae indicates that he wants to bring more positive news soon and resume his tour quickly.

Fans who had a ticket for the sold-out concerts in Amsterdam, who are part of Stromaes Multitudetour, can ask for their money back.

Stromae will also be in the Ziggo Dome on 22 and 23 November. Those performances will continue for now.
