Striking Bullies at Satpol PP Beating Couples Makes Family Mental in Shock

Mardani’s lawyer, Adillah Dinasty Shyafril, revealed that the scandal also shocked Mardani’s family.

“Let’s think clearly so we don’t make many assumptions that result in bullying of our client’s family which is very disturbing mentally and the activities of our client’s family. They are even shocked,” said Adillah to detik.com, Monday (19/7/2021).

According to him, Mardani has honestly admitted his guilt and followed the applicable legal process. It is known, Mardani is processed internally Gowa Regency Government as well as criminal law processes in the police.

“So let’s leave it entirely to the authorities to process our client in accordance with the legal facts that occurred on the night of the incident,” he said.

He asked the public, especially netizens, to stop bullying his clients.

“We hope that people can think calmly, there will be no more bullying in the real world and on social media,” said Adillah.

Police Appeal

The police said the same thing. Head of Public Relations Gowa Police AKP Mangatas Tambunan said bullying on social media was unnecessary because the police had already processed Mardani’s alleged criminal offense.

“With the detention of the suspect, I hope that all the people of Gowa Regency will no longer carry out provocations or bullying on social media,” Mangatas said in a separate interview.

“I am confident that the community will always adhere to the culture of Siri Na Pacce in the community,” he added.
