“An agreement was signed with the director of Filibus, even though we didn’t get everything we wanted,” explains Sandrine Lebreton, union representative of FNCR.
As for the salary increase, there was an increase of 2.5% compared to 1 October, as well as an increase of 100 euros in the holiday bonus.
As for the equipment, the employees particularly achieved the installation of toilets in each terminal. Four temporary toilets were installed in Lèves, Mainvilliers, Rechèvres and in the hospital center. “They will be replaced by permanent toilets in December 2022 or even January 2023,” confirms Sandrine Lebreton.

Hourly commission and turnover
The driving seats of the fifty-eight buses in the Filibus fleet will be replaced for a total cost of over 63,000 euros. And when each vehicle is changed, the new one will be equipped with air conditioning.
«We can be satisfied that reason and common sense have prevailed», rejoices, for his part, Joaquim Bertolucci, general manager of Filibus. He confirms that the traffic commission will be re-launched, whose purpose is to assess the state of the roads, but also the location of bus stops, among others.
“The time and shift committee will meet once a quarter. It will have to make corrections to travel times and stops at the terminus, before the entry into force in September 2023 ”, explains Joaquim Bertoluci.
