The staff of the EFS (Etablissement Français du Sang) will be on strike on June 23 and 24 to protest against the non-revaluation of their wages.
At the initiative of the trade unions, the staff of the EFS decided to go on strike this Wednesday and Thursday 23 and 24 June. They denounce the lack of revaluation of their salaries, and their exclusion from the agreement on SEGUR and from the LAFORCADE mission (on the salary revaluation of the health professions, in particular following the health crisis).
“It is incomprehensible, as the needs are necessary in terms of remuneration“, proclaim the unions, who fear that a lack of attractiveness of the position endangering French self-sufficiency in blood products. They thus argue that, for lack of personnel (doctor, nurse, driver)”hundreds of blood drives are canceled every month“.
They are therefore asking for a salary increase at least up to the level of the agreement on the SEGUR for Health.
