“We cannot ignore the high profitability of the companies, the 150,000,000 euros they collect annually from the State fund for subsidizing the barren lines, the bonus that the Government is preparing for them for the renewal and modernization of their fleet due to the famous transition to green shipping. We still cannot ignore that even these minimums included in the Maritime Law are being violated on all ships to the detriment of the Seafarers” states the announcement of the PNO.
