A strike notice filed on Wednesday evening, the call of the CGT, the private clinic Bridge Thatched in Montauban, owned by the group Elsan. The strike starts this Thursday at 6: 30. The union wants to force the management to come and discuss because it denounces a restructuring plan.
According to the CGT, there may be 15 FTES, full-time equivalent, at leastwithout termination, but with restructuring very harmful for the employees. Some would be assigned to brigades and replacement would lose the rights so that “changes to planning are already frequent, and that it is not always notified 48 hours in advance as the texts”said Fanny Fouques, secretary-general.
The CRT provides for a general assembly on Monday, 25 may at 18: 30 to make the point.
The clinical Bridge Thatch is in first line facing the Covid-19. There were about a dozen hospitalizations including two in réanimations : a person of the region, and another of Colmar, in Alsace, who unfortunately passed away last week.
