The sector organizations of CGIL, CISL and UIL recall that “the contract expired approximately twenty-one years ago and that the workers, despite their high technical, administrative and artistic professionalism, receive wages that have become unfair”.
“We are close to the professionals of the opera and symphony foundations and the trade union organizations who have proclaimed the strike starting from November if the current uncertainty on the national contract remains. It is absurd that in the face of an expired national contract an entire category should be left hanging by almost a year for the validation of the new contract.
