“Strega” Award, the 12 candidates revealed

Unveiled a Roma the 12 books nominated for the 2024 edition of Witch Award. These are the titles:

• Sonia Aggio, In the Emperor’s Room (Fazi);
• Adrián N. Bravi, Adelaida (Nutrimenti);
• Paolo Di Paolo, Novel without humans (Feltrinelli);
• Donatella Di Pietrantonio, The fragile age (Einaudi);
• Tommaso Giartosio, Autobiogrammatica (minimum fax);
• Antonella Lattanzi, Things that are not told (Einaudi);
• Valentina Mira, On the same side you will find me (Sem);
• Melissa Panarello, History of my money (Bompiani);
• Daniele Rielli, The invisible fire (Rizzoli);
• Raffaella Romagnolo, Fixing the universe (Mondadori);
• Chiara Valerio, Who says and who is silent (Sellerio);
• Dario Voltolini, Winter (The Ship of Theseus).

The literary recognition promoted by the Bellonci e Foundation Witch Alberti Benevento with the support of Roma Capitale is the Rome Chamber of Commerce. The final evening will be held on Thursday 4 July in the garden of the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia, while the fifth will be proclaimed on Wednesday 5 June at the Roman Theater of Benevento. New to this edition, the return of the live counting of the last hundred votes cast by the Jury. This morning at the Temple of Vibia Sabina and Adriano the president of the Steering Committee, Melania Mazzuccoannounced the finalists chosen from the 82 works proposed this year by the Sunday friends.
