Dotemu could have done much worse. The hexagonal editor seems determined to put a big pie in the face of lovers of the Streets of Rage series.
First, the artistic direction with little onions; and now they’re announcing Olivier Deriviere as the main composer of SoR4! For the record, he worked on several essential titles of the caliber of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, A Plague Tale: Innocence and more recently GreedFall and Dying Light 2:

So it seems to be a first for him on a beat’em all in side view and one might have doubts. Except that four songs from the soundtrack of Streets of Rage 4 were released immediately on the SoundCloud account of Dotemu, and it sends well as it should:

This is not the first time that the team has dealt with the musical creations of the game, since a video / documentary titled Behind the Music was made public last March.
