The number of cases only fell in Rhineland-Palatinate.

According to the BKA, the number of attacks on police officers in the Offenbach district was 22 last year. There were 704 cases in all of Hesse (in 2018: 303 cases). The clearance rate in Hessen was 99 percent. So the perpetrators very rarely get away.
