The Annapurna Interactive studio, responsible for the Stray game which was announced during the PS5 Reveal presentation in June, has just published a new video bringing the game’s gameplay and also confirmed that the game will arrive in 2022. In Stray you play a cat that ventures through a mysterious city. Check out the new video released by the company below:
As a cat that has been separated from its family and is injured, you will have to explore and survive in a hostile environment. In the trailer you can see the feline performing various acrobatics to reach places that no human could reach so easily, these skills are essential for solving puzzles to discover new areas and move forward in the game.
In his lonely journey, the main character encounters a drone called B12 that will help him discover the mysteries hidden in the mysterious and abandoned city, which little by little is perceived to be inhabited by bipedal robots that outline human reactions.
During the trailer we see the cat interacting with vending machines, and even going to a robot rubbing its “legs” and even scratching a sofa, rest assured that the instincts of the cat in Stray are guaranteed!

In the search to find your family, threats will start to appear and you will have to dodge to stay alive, or rather, equip yourself so that the threats are eliminated before you do. Perhaps at the end of the day you will find that all you need is rest to the sound of a robot playing the guitar made in a gallon of gasoline.
Stray is confirmed to arrive in early 2022 on PCs and for Playstation 4 and Playstation 5, the game is developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive. Developers should disclose more details of the game before launch and we’ll bring it here on Adrenaline as soon as we have more information. What did you think of the cat simulator?
