Perbekel Tihingan Village, I Wayan Sugiarta explained, the dog that was let go attacked four residents, Saturday afternoon, April 17, 2021.
The brown dog attacked the residents suddenly, and was very aggressive.

“In the past, dogs were pets of residents, but now they are being let go,” said Sugiarta, Sunday, April 18, 2021.
The residents attacked by the rabid dog consisted of 3 adults and one child.
Three of them have received VAR (anti-rabies vaccine) at the Puskesmas.
Meanwhile, another person did not come to the Puskesmas because he admitted that he was not injured.
“The village midwife and I will visit the resident’s house tomorrow, to make sure that there are no injuries.
We are worried, because rabies is very contagious even though it only causes small injuries, “he explained.
