The young Rita Youssef Al-Daif, born in Zgharta 1978, was bitten by stray dogs in the town of Ehden near the “Mist” hotel while she was walking. She was transported by the Red Cross car from the Zgharta branch to the Governmental Hospital in Tripoli after she was severely injured in separate parts of her face and body.
