Strawberry shake and strawberry sandwich

- How to make
- 1 Slice the barley bread into thin slices, spread a thin layer of butter on the sides between three slices, and then apply a generous amount of whipped cream.
- 2Wash the strawberries in light salt water, drain the water, and slice into 0.7cm thick pieces. Peel the kiwi and cut it into equal thickness pieces.
- 3① Spread the sliced strawberries and kiwi in two layers between the barley bread and place them together.
- 4Put the strawberry shake ingredients into a blender.
- 5. Cut off the edges of the sandwich, cut it into the desired shape, and serve with a strawberry shake.
Strawberry Sorbet

- How to make
- 1 Wash the strawberries in light salt water, drain and completely drain.
- 2 Place plastic wrap on a square plastic bowl. Then, spread a layer of strawberries, top with whipped cream, and top with strawberries again.
- 3 ② After lightly applying whipped cream on top, sprinkle brown sugar evenly over it, cover it with a lid, and freeze it in the freezer. It’s delicious even if you let the surface freeze slightly before eating, or if you want a complete sherbet style, eat it frozen solid.
Strawberry Torte
- ingredient
- 24cm pie frame, 30-35 strawberries for decoration
- Pie dough: 60g unsalted butter, 60g sugar, half an egg, 130g cake, 170 degrees for 30 minutes
- Filling: 80g butter, 45g sugar, 1 egg, 1T Cointreau, 80g almond powder
- Custard cream: 60g sugar, 200cc milk, 2Ts cake flour, 1T Cointreau, 1/4ts vanilla flavor, 100cc fresh cream, 2 yolks
- How to make
- 1Gently loosen the butter with a whisk.
- 2Add sugar little by little and stir.
- Add 3 eggs and beat with a whisk.
- 4Add cake flour, mix, put in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 5Push it with a rolling pin according to the size of the pie pan, then place it in the pie pan and prick it here and there with a fork.
- 6Wrap the pie shell with silver foil, top it with beans or walnuts, and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 7Make almond cream.
- 8 After softening the butter, add sugar eggs, Cointreau (or rum), and then add almond powder.
- 9Fill the above almond cream into the baked pie shell and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and then cool.
- 10Make custard cream.
- 11Put all ingredients in a pot and boil over low heat.
- 12Spread custard cream on the cooled pie, then top with strawberries and spread apricot jam.
