Colombian player Giovanny Urshela wasted no time in the nascent year 2021, as he began negotiations for his new contract with the board of his team, the New York Yankees. After several days they reached a mutual agreement, and now the Colombian will earn 4.65 million dollars during the coming campaign.
The native of Cartagena will face his third season with the ‘Bronx Mules’ and will seek to make any player’s dream come true, to win a World Series with his team.
It should be remembered that Urshela underwent an operation at the end of last season, to remove a splinter of bone in his right elbow, the same one he uses to throw balls. Good luck ‘Gio’!
