Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Director, Strategic Marketing Haematology– Bispecifics Commercial Lead.

This role will:

  • Shape the Strategy Tecvelyi and Talvey for the Haematology portfolio, with a specific focus on Health Decision Makers, KOLs, and Health Care Providers to support the use of J&J IM products in the treatment of Multiple Myeloma within the Asia Pacific Region.
  • Lead, support and develop accelerated growth strategies by driving stronger strategy alignment, deeper market insights, closer collaboration at region & global levels as well as strong engagement across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D.
  • Ensure development of future assets to be fit for purpose for Asia Pacific region by influencing GCSO and R&D colleagues ensuring earliest possible timing for commercialisation
  • Be responsible for the execution of both long and short term strategic business plans
  • Be an effective and impactful conduit between Global and Local teams.
  • Responsible for coaching & developing commercial capabilities of individuals who are technically able and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan to deliver positive business results.
  • Identify and coordinate resources, monitor operating expenses, and maintain key relationships essential to achieving growth and profitability targets, regardless of market conditions.
  • Elevate our commercial strategies to high performance, outcomes-focused, where diversity and inclusion are valued, and where the team’s skills, knowledge, and abilities continually evolve to meet future needs.
  • Consistently strive to achieve performance excellence.
  • Develop and apply next generation analytics, knowledge of the marketplace, clinical, and customer expertise.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • A Master’s Degree in a related field or an MBA is preferred
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of professional Sales and Sales Management or Marketing and /or Marketing Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required
  • A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Marketing Management or a Commercial Excellence / Analytics function is required
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a cross functional / cross geographic team is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in haematology and/or Oncology therapeutic area preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical, Companion Diagnostics and Healthcare industry expertise with a deep understanding of the key stakeholders within the stated region is strongly preferred.
  • This position will be located in Singapore and require 50% travel. Flexibility of location may be considered where appropriate.
