dc.description.abstract

The central hypothesis of this thesis is that both Communication and Management suffer from educational gaps in the strategic discipline, which affects training gaps that are expressed both in the practice of their professionals and in their managerial weaknesses. Additionally, the work seeks to rescue the original formation of the Eastern and Western strategic discipline, in order to rebuild the bridges between both disciplines, through the common points of authors and trainers in the Eastern and Western schools. Introduces the concepts of convergence and strategic literacy in training in Communication and Management for the 21st Century.
