Strasbourg: Alsace supporters were taken aback by their Corsican counterparts after the meeting

It is certainly a Saturday to forget for the 192 Strasbourg fans present in Ajaccio this Saturday. On day 14, almost 200 Alsatians made the trip to Corsica to follow their team to the François-Coty stadium. Julien Stéphan’s team, quietly in control after thirty minutes of play (0-2), finally melted in a few minutes (4-2) against ACA. And so he sinks to the bottom of the table.

But despite the disappointing result of their favorite training session, visiting fans were blamed on Saturday night by their Ajaccio counterparts, ranconte France Bleu Alsace and RCFM. Specifically, the 192 residents of Strasbourg were victims of various bullets thrown by some individuals, at the exit of the island fence. The police had to use tear gas to end these incidents, which lasted several minutes. According to the media, two to three minor injuries, hit in the face, are also to be deplored on the Alsatian side.
