Pangandaran News, (harapanrakyat.com), – A spotted shark stranded on the west coast of Pangandaran stirred tourists and residents around 06.45 WIB, Tuesday (11/16/2021).
The head of Balawista Pangandaran, Heri, explained that the first sighting of the stranded shark was from residents who were relaxing on the beach.
Seeing the large fish stranded, the residents immediately reported it to their side, especially since they were still alive.
“It’s quite big. After receiving this information, together with fishermen and residents, we immediately returned the fish to their habitat,” he said.

According to Heri, the government protects the spotted shark through a law. So, no one can catch it, let alone consume it.
