Logroño (EFE).- A storm has forced the cancellation of the concerts scheduled for the first day of the MUWI La Rioja Music Fest this Friday.
As reported by the organization in its profile on the X social network, it has been decided to suspend due to the incidence in the technical teams.
At the time of the most rain, shortly before nine o’clock at night, the Madrid singer Quique González performed his third song, after the concert by the group Merino.
Given the forecast of more rain this Saturday in Logroño, with an orange alert activated by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), the MUWI organization will announce tomorrow what it will do for the next two days of the festival.
The organizers have thanked the work of the Red Cross toilets, security and the understanding of the attendees before the suspension of the festival.
Regarding the return of tickets, the organization has informed EFE that it will study the circumstances.
