Interoperability
The Emco annually develops a training program that considers the tactical and operational level in charge of the joint commands established in Punta Arenas (Southern Joint Command) and Iquique (Northern Joint Command), respectively.
Storm 2023in charge of the Southern Joint Command, will allow the preparation of the land, naval and air components, contributing to increasing the interoperability capabilities and training levels of the institutions of the National defense in the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic Region.
In this regard, it should be noted that the Southern Joint Command has the mission of preparing, planning, instructing, training and employing the assigned forces, within the TOAC, in accordance with the current strategic planning, and contribute to the development of the joint doctrine and propose the joint competition development projects.
