The cops in Philly, who have not been vaccinated according to the city immunization mandatethey will not be placed on administrative leave or laid off.
All this after an arbitration panel between the union that represents city workers and the council reached an agreement by reaching a vaccination rate, among the uniformed, of 95%.
The officers are represented by the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and this entity determined that actions against personnel who do not have the puncture against COVID-19 must be suspended until further notice. All this after the parties are in the process of compiling data on vaccinated and unvaccinated guards.
