STOP POOR HOUSING AND THE EXPLOSION OF RENT PRICES!
The situation of tenants is deteriorating exponentially. It is time for this to stop: Explosion of the price of rents, unsanitary conditions, endangerment of tenants, dialogue broken by landlords and owners, it is time to reverse the balance of power!
In Dijon, we (the collective Droit au Logement Dijon Banlieue) have been engaged with residents for several months against the “social” landlord ICF. We are fighting against the SCANDALOUS conditions under which ICF maintains the tenants of the “Du Lac” residences in Fontaine D’ouche and those of the “Violettes” in Valendons.

The local management of ICF oscillates between contempt and deaf ears in the face of the legitimate demands of tenants who put their health at risk every day in the midst of dilapidated buildings which are falling to pieces like in Fontaine d’Ouche, dangerous mold like at “Violettes “. Yet each month the rents are collected without anything moving!
At a time when social and private landlords are always demanding more guarantees for access to this fundamental right of housing
At a time when housing prices are exploding everywhere in Dijon, at a time when the government will make automatic eviction in the event of late payment through the rogue “Kasbarian” law
At a time when the cost of living takes us by the throat
At a time when the number of people living on the street is exploding when there have never been so many vacant homes!
We must immediately organize ourselves among tenants in local action committees to put pressure on landlords and landlords to stop the continual deterioration of our living conditions! Demonstration, occupation, consignment of rents, the list of our means of action is long!
To make the demands of the tenants of “Violettes” and “Lac” heard, to make the problems of poor housing visible and to demand the requisitions of empty housing, we are organizing a demonstration on APRIL 29, 2023 at 10 AM PLACE DE LA LIBERATION IN DIJON!
