Gottenheim – In the night between Monday January 9, 2023 and Tuesday January 10, 2023, the catalytic converter was stolen from a silver Daimler-Benz CLK. The car was parked on Nagelseestrasse in front of a car dealership. The previously unknown perpetrators had to lift the vehicle with a jack to reach the catalytic converter. This was finally separated from the exhaust pipe with a tool that had been brought along. The damage amounts to approximately EUR 2500. The Bötzingen police station has launched an investigation.
