Bulgarians who vote in Paris may meet our football star Hristo Stoichkov at the polls, Nova TV reports.
He is in the French capital as he will be a special guest at the Ballon d’Or ceremony for the best footballer tomorrow, where he will present the award himself.
Stoichkov is among the Bulgarians who always exercise their right to vote, regardless of where they are on the globe.
Otherwise, Bulgarian citizens in France will start casting their votes at 8 our time. Polling stations open at 7 a.m. local time and will be open until 8 p.m. 17 are the sections throughout the country. They are two more than the last elections in June.
Apart from the big cities of Paris, Lyon, Nice, Bordeaux, new polling places were also opened in small towns. Traditionally, the most Bulgarians vote in the three sections in our embassy in Paris.
