The market-wide S&P 500 rose by 0.15 percent to 4297.12 points and reached a new record. Likewise, the Nasdaq stock exchanges, which are mainly peppered with technology stocks, but which recently turned into the red. The selection index Nasdaq 100, which had risen most strongly the day before, now fell by 0.13 percent to 14 506.43 points.
The economic data hardly moved. The mood of US consumers surprisingly brightened significantly in June and rose again to the level shortly before the Corona crisis. The data from the real estate sector showed that house prices continued to rise in April./ck/jha/
