STJORDAL: It was a bit of a North Trondheim result in Lotto context on Saturday evening. First, a woman in her 30s from Stjørdal won NOK 14.3 million in Lotto. Then came the news that another woman, from Hell, was drawn as the Joker candidate. When she did not follow the draw herself, it was the machine Ask that chose for the woman, and on the third number the joker suddenly appeared. The woman thus won NOK 2,000,008.
After the TV draw, we got hold of the new Joker millionaire from Hell in Stjørdal.
– I thought it was a telemarketer who called earlier this evening. I checked the number, but thought it was probably a scam or some nonsense, the Trønder tells Norsk Tipping.
The woman had not seen the TV draw herself, according to the game supplier, and was therefore completely unaware that she was the evening’s Joker candidate and that a prize of over two million kroner would soon enter her account.
– No? It’s absolutely fantastic, the woman exclaims when she learns that she has become a Joker millionaire.
Trønder says that she is not a regular Joker player and that it was completely coincidental that she delivered a coupon just today.
