Still Coughing After Recovering from COVID-19? Try Overcome This Way

Dry cough

  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, preferably with warm (lukewarm) water.

  • Drink warm water with lemon and honey to soothe the throat.

Cough with phlegm

  • Keep yourself hydrated with warm water, broth, soup, or herbal tea.
  • Lie on your side, on your left or right side to help drain phlegm faster.
  • Try to expel phlegm, but not carelessly.
  • Try to regularly walk around the room.
