There are a certain set of symptoms in the body caused by high cholesterol. One of them is the neck that feels stiff and radiates to the head. As reported by Medicover Hospital, Thursday (10/28/2021), these symptoms can occur due to blockage of blood vessels in the area around the head which causes headaches at the back of the head.

This occurs when blood vessels are blocked by cholesterol plaques. If this is allowed to continue, then the blood vessels can burst and cause a stroke. In addition to stiffness and pain in the neck in the head there are several other symptoms that indicate high cholesterol levels, including:

1. Pain in Hands and Feet

Cholesterol buildup can clog the blood vessels of the feet and hands. This buildup of cholesterol can occur continuously and make hands and feet feel sore.
