During a flight from Sacramento to San Diego, a flight attendant was punched by a passenger. She bled and lost two teeth. The passenger became verbally and physically aggressive after being instructed to follow safety rules, Southwest Airlines said. The woman was arrested and taken to prison, she maintains that it was self-defense.
