Steven’s latest claim, the 9.8 billion rupees does not belong entirely to Jessica Iskandar

The latest mediation of the alleged fraud committed by Cristoforo Stefanus Budianto with the parties Jessica Iskandar ended up failing. Steven’s side was again absent from the final mediation hearing and was represented only by his attorney.

This commotion started with a report from a woman who is familiarly called Jedar about the loss of assets of 11 luxury cars and suspected fraud that reached Rp. 10 billion. The two are said to have been business partners in the car rental business in Bali.

Now there’s a new statement revealed by Steven. Through the narration of Steven, who was represented by his lawyer, Togar, the money problem of about Rp. 9.8 billion did not belong entirely to Jedar.

“Each of them put money. Both put money. This was the total before (Rp 9.8 billion),” said Togar.

Togar said the Rp 9.8 billion did not belong entirely to Jessica Iskandar. She even has proof of her words.

Togar firmly emphasized that so far he already had a lot of evidence to break the alibis of Jessica Iskandar and Vincent Verhaag. In the near future he will take the evidence to court.

“It’s not his (Jessica Iskandar) personal money. So if so, I will prepare evidence in court later. I have a lot of evidence to break his alibi. Because it was clear that he had flaws in the beginning,” she explained. Togar.

Because of this case, Steven’s party is suing Jedar and her husband Vincent Verhaag for alleged wrongdoing in Jakarta District Court. The process was held 3 times with a mediation agenda, unfortunately the mediation ended in failure. Both sides have yet to find a solution to the problem.

Meanwhile, Jessica Iskandar’s attorney Roland Potu said he believes the case reported by his client has moved to the investigation stage and the trial is ongoing. “We continue to monitor the case,” he said.

According to Roland Potu, Jedar and her husband wanted Steven to appear in court and mediate, but unfortunately his opponent was not present at all, even though the artist had been commuting between Bali and Jakarta.

“We have previously agreed by both parties, by the plaintiff and the defendant, that the mediation has failed,” he continued.
