The purchase from the team of Mets New York seems to be resolved in the not too distant future and Steve Cohen appears to be the next owner above A-Rod and JLO in the MLB.
Sources to MLB, report that the employer Steve Cohen has started exclusive negotiations to acquire the Queens franchise in the Big leagues.
It is expected that in the next few days the negotiation will be finalized so that the team of Mets have a new owner and finish the novel that has caused this whole issue of purchase–sale of the organization of the MLB.
According to people familiar with the matter, Cohen won the bid from other bidders who showed their interest in the Mets including former player and partner of J-Lo, Alex Rodriguez, who are no longer favorites to buy from the club, according to David Faber.
The news is in development, David Faber was in charge of informing through his Twitter account about the future of the Mets in the next few days of MLB.
