A talk at a tech festival came to a dramatic end for the British TV star.

Actor, comedian and TV personality Stephen Fry was rushed to hospital last week after falling from a stage.
The accident happened when he was giving a lecture on artificial intelligence at the tech festival CogX, which was held on 12-14 September in London’s O2 arena.
He is said to have tripped and fallen when he was on his way off the stage, and allegedly suffered injuries to his ribs and leg, writes the Daily Mail.
– He fell two meters to the floor. He appeared to have been injured when he had to leave the scene in a wheelchair, says an onlooker to the newspaper.
The incident has not been confirmed by the actor himself, or his management. Fry has been silent on social media since the accident.
However, local authorities confirm that an incident has been reported during the festival, and the organizers themselves have opened an investigation.
– We were deeply concerned to hear about Stephen’s accident after giving his inspiring speech on the impact of artificial intelligence. We are thinking of him and wish him a speedy recovery, they say in a statement.
