JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Former KPK investigator Stepanus Robin Pattuju revealed the names of three officers who are allegedly often involved in case management. The three names appeared related to the management of departmental sales and purchases within the Tanjungbalai City Government.
“Maskur said he knew a KPK person whose name was Ali who had a position. I don’t know who Ali was, then Aldi,” said Robin at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor) on Monday (11/22/2021), quoted from AMONG.
In addition, another name emerged from the mouth of KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Siregar when contacted by M. Syahrial, the former mayor of Tanjungbalai. This name was confirmed by Maskur as “a player in the KPK”.

“Bu Lili said, ‘Yes, if you want help, you will go to Medan and meet a lawyer named Arief Aceh.’ For that, Syahrial told me,” explained Robin.
As is known, Robin and advocate Maskur Husain received a total of IDR 11.5 billion to take care of 5 KPK cases. To take care of the sale and purchase of positions within the Tanjungbalai City Government, Robin and Maskur received Rp 1.5 billion from My Syahrial.
“When he said he agreed to ask for our help. I told him not to use a family account or the account of a civil servant or businessman, the reason being that it was not directly related to Syahrial and could not be traced,” said Robin.
Robin said that Maskur had asked him to charge Syahrial to fulfill the previous agreement.
“I was contacted by Mr. Maskur to be reminded because the payment was in installments, then what Syahrial gave according to the BAP was Rp. 1.695 billion, there was cash,” said Robin.
He said, Syahrial gave the cash on December 25, 2020 in Pematang Siantar, North Sumatra when Robin was having dinner with his family.
