If the provisional schedule matches the reality of the site, the gateway to Europe will be able to see its first users pass in December. This week, the mayor Pierre Cuny trod the ground of the work, just to realize the progress of the work. “Each structure is unique”, recalled Fabien Cailly, director of development at Demathieu Bard, at the time of its very delicate installation. This is even more so because of its range: 140 meters without support.
