Step by step: how to change category
To start this process, you must enter on this website and select the green box that indicates “Complete the Registration form.” In three simple steps, you will be able to upload the required information, after preparing documents such as the electric energy bill, DNI, CUIL number of each member of the household over 18 years of age, amount of out-of-pocket income of each member over 18 years of age and an email address.

He energy subsidy segmentation regime contemplates THREE (3) levels:
High-income service users (L1)Low-income service users (N2)Middle-income service users (L3).
Among the users included in Level 1 are, in addition to high-income users of the service, users who had not completed the RASE registration form or had decided to renounce the subsidy, after having made a request and having been categorized as N2 or N3.
In turn, the RASE is made up of users who have requested to maintain the subsidy, and are in the N2 levels, which will receive a partial subsidy, and N3, the category that will continue with the full subsidy for its consumption.
Who can register?
All residential users of electricity and natural gas services through the network who want to maintain subsidies, including those people who receive a retirement, pension and/or are beneficiaries of social programs such as the Universal Child Allowance, Progresar and Potenciar Trabajo.
One application must be completed per household. Only people over 18 years of age may complete the form, whether or not they are service holders, requesting the subsidy for a gas meter for a single home.
What are the exceptions to registration?
There are two cases in which the registration form should not be filled out:
Households with electrodependent people They do not have to complete the process to request the electricity subsidy, but they must do so to request the gas subsidy.
