The creators of Stellar Blade held a fresh demonstration of their game at State of Play 2024. In the video, the developers showed the main character Eve, her companions, as well as an orbital city in which people live.
In addition, the authors also showed an Earth captured by aliens, where Eve will have to fight monsters and robots gone crazy. The developers showed crafting mechanics, item improvement, brief moments of respite between battles, as well as simple side quests.
In the video you can also see fragments of cutscenes and videos on the engine – they look impressive.
Let us remember that the project was initially announced for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, but later Sony joined the development, and they decided to make the game a PS5 exclusive. For the Shift Up team, this will be the first “big” project – before this, the team released only two mobile gacha games: Destiny Child and Goddess of Victory: Nikke.
