Steinerberger lawyer wants to get the district going | Schwyz BdU

SCHWYZ ⋅ Now the electoral system of the Schwyz district is becoming a court case. Lawyer Matthias Schumacher, Steinerberg, has lodged a complaint against multiple hand decisions with the administrative court.

Lawyer Matthias Schumacher emphasizes that he has nothing against Luzia Lüönd, who was elected substitute judge with 58 votes. But with the participation of just over 100 district citizens, the democratic principle enshrined in the federal and cantonal constitution will be violated.

The details are in the Tuesday edition of the «messenger».(red)
