He did it again…

The next TikTok hit by Steffen Baumgart (50)! In February, the living room video from his corona quarantine went viral, now the FC coach is dancing through the net with his younger daughter Fiona.

The 16-year-old posted a 22-second clip on Wednesday (June 8, 2022), which was clicked around 110,000 times in the first 24 hours alone.

Steffen Baumgart: dance video with daughter Fiona

Father and daughter initially stand quietly back to back, but then jump wildly through the room – to the song “Shut up and dance” by the US pop band “Walk the Moon”. That shouldn’t quite be the music of Schlager fan Baumgart, but as befits TikTok, he even moves his lips to match the text.

One user comments: “The coach of the century can also dance.” Another: “The guy is so likeable.” Baumgart arrives, whether as a dancer or coach. The 50-year-old was recently voted the winner of the past season by the Bundesliga professionals.

At FC he should sign a new contract until 2025 after his vacation. Baumgart is currently only tied to the club until 2023. After extra time, the Cologne fans should dance with joy…

So far, Fiona’s video has only ranked second in the family charts. Four months ago, Baumgart’s older daughter Emilia posted a clip that showed the head coach following the FC win against Freiburg (1-0) in the corona quarantine.

He trotted through the living room in a flat cap, yelled at the TV and cell phone, and finally had to be calmed down by the dog Jory. The video has 230,000 views on Emilia’s TikTok page alone.

The crazy shots even made England legend Gary Lineker (61) smile. He tweeted about Baumgart at the time: “The dog is like the fourth official trying to calm him down.” (mze)
