It is an ordinary house along a busy street in Kaulille in Limburg. One of light brown brick, with a well-maintained driveway and a gate. Inside lives a family with four children: warehouse worker Stefan Coemans and his daughters Melissa (23) and Alyssia (21), and cleaning lady Vivian Arets and her son Nick (9) and daughter Isa (4). But if you ask Stefan and Vivian how many children there are in their family, they will always answer: six.
