[이코노믹데일리] Gaming gear brand SteelSeries is attracting the attention of gamers by launching a new wireless gaming earbud, ‘Arctis GameBuds’. This product supports ultra-low latency wireless connections on various platforms such as PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC, and will provide a next-generation gaming experience with 40 hours of battery life and realistic audio features. Steel Series will be available for pre-order from October 28 to November 4 at Naver’s official store and Coupang.
Arctis Game Buds are compatible with a variety of devices without Bluetooth restrictions and support stable connections on almost all platforms, including consoles, PCs, and mobile devices, through an ultra-small 2.4GHz dongle. Fast connection to mobile devices is possible through Bluetooth 5.3, and ultra-low latency connection to PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch provides an optimal gaming environment. Additionally, you can freely switch between mobile Bluetooth and ultra-fast 2.4GHz Quantum wireless for gaming with three taps on the on-ear button, making it versatile.
SteelSeries provides a gaming-specific sound experience by equipping Arctis GameBuds with a customized next-generation chipset. Through the Arctis application, you can instantly apply more than 160 game-specific audio presets, allowing you to enjoy optimized sound in a variety of games. Tempest 3D audio support and 360-degree spatial audio function vividly reproduces the in-game environment, and powerful active noise cancellation (ANC), high-performance hi-fi drivers, and four hybrid microphones work in harmony to deliver clear voice and game sounds.
Arctis Game Buds can be used for 10 hours on a single charge, up to 40 hours with additional charging in the case, and supports a fast charging function that can be used for 3 hours with a 15-minute charge. In addition to USB-C charging, a Qi wireless charging option through the case is also provided, increasing user convenience. This generous battery performance is considered the best option for gamers who need to play for a long time.
SteelSeries completed the ergonomic design of Arctis Game Buds based on data from over 62,000 ear scans. Designed to fit a variety of ear sizes and shapes, it is comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and the IP55-rated waterproof and dustproof function protects the device from external dust, sweat, and water. The various silicone tips provided allow for personalized wearing, allowing for easy use not only in games but also in daily life.
