If you’re a PC-only gamer who still likes to dabble in the odd console exclusive, then you’re familiar with emulation. Once a more shady practice, emulation games seem to be more common now, as shown by the Gamecube and Wii emulation software Dolphin announcing it will be coming to the Steam store.

“We’re excited to finally tell the world about our experiment,” stated in the announcement. “It’s the culmination of months of work and we look forward to getting it into users’ hands as soon as possible!”
Other emulators have made it to Steam before, so that’s not necessarily surprising, but it shows that it might be easier than ever to get previously inaccessible games on your PC soon.
