“Hitokara” is a 3D horror game under development by Chiraz Art. The main character of this work is a high school girl. In this work, she encounters some kind of fear at a karaoke bar she visited alone. She will be embroiled in a mysterious incident. Although the details are unknown, several scenes are shown in the released videos and screenshots. In the video, there are scenes of him riding a bicycle around the city at night and visiting a karaoke bar. During the karaoke, there seems to be a rhythm game-like mini-game. Also, from the screenshots, etc., you can see the appearance of a high school girl named Moeka. She seems to be practicing free throws in the gym with the main character, but at the end of the video Moeka is in danger. In this work, she will also become important to her existence.

According to the Steam store page, the game uses realistic graphics. A VHS-like effect that can be turned on/off and a story about being influenced by Japanese movies express psychological fear. The horror experienced from the perspective of a high school girl is depicted. In addition, as an element, multiple endings are adopted in this work. There are 6 types of endings. Depending on the actions of the player, six different endings await.

Chiraz Art, who is working on this work, is a domestic game production team that makes games with brothers. As past works, he has released many short horror films such as “Night Shift Incident”, “Exceptional Delivery”, and “Store Closing Incident”. In recent years, he has been vigorously releasing works, and has attracted attention mainly for distribution/video by game commentators and VTubers. The previous work “Jigoku Sento”, released in October 2022, received 71% favorable reviews out of 331 Steam user reviews at the time of writing, earning the status “somewhat favorable”. In the same work, while bug reports have been raised, the horror production etc. have received a certain evaluation. In this work “Hitokara”, I would like to expect a new horror experience to see what kind of horror will unfold in the karaoke bar.

“Hitokara” is a PC (Steam) will be delivered on February 4th. Patreon, a crowdfunding platform for creators, is pre-delivering the beta version of this work to supporters.
