- There is a huge interest in Steam Deck
- So much so that we can only order the 64GB version by the first quarter of 2022
- More serious expenditures are expected by the second quarter of 2022
Steam Deck seems like a real success story so far. Valve’s own handheld console (or more precisely, its portable PC) became available for pre-order in selected regions early last night, and gamers have really grabbed the hardware. The heavy load the servers couldn’t handle it either, but it’s even more eloquent that Valve recently indicated that anyone who hasn’t been able to pre – order a Steam Deck so far won’t even get it this year.
Due to the huge interest, stocks have dropped significantly and the company can only guarantee the fulfillment of new orders next year. According to information in the official store, the 64GB Steam Deck will run sometime in the first quarter of 2022, while the 256GB and 512GB versions will have to wait even longer, chances are they will not be available again until the second quarter of 2022.
