According to the file, an investigative team made inferences and downloaded surveillance cameras at the location, where it was established that the complainant’s belongings had been stolen by a person whose identity and whereabouts were identified. stole the informer’s personal effects, as he found inside the plastic bag a telephone which he sold for 250 dirhams to a person of the same nationality, as for the rest of the objects, he admitted having thrown them in the trash, and the court convicted him and pronounced in the said sentence.
